7 – Staff

The purpose of this page is to provide a listing of current staff members of the business and their current contact information.

A new staff member may be added using the [Add a new Staff Member] link at the top of the page. You can also modify the details of a current staff member by selecting the name of the person in the [staff member] column.

There are 2 Sections of interest:

1 – Add a new staff member

2 – Main Body

7.1 – Add a new staff member

Provides a link to the Add a New Staff members Contact Details page.

Click the link to be taken to the Add a New Staff Members Contact Details.

7.2 – Main Body

Provides a tabular overview of staff members and their contact details.

To use this section, click the name of the staff member whose contact details you would like to modify.

There are 3 points of interest:

1 - The header

2 - Update

3 - Reset

There are 12 fields for data entry/modification:

4 - Username

5 - Firstname

6 - Lastname

7 - Phone

8 - Mobile

9 - Fax

10 - Address

11 - IRD Number

12 - Start Date

13 - Tax Code

14 - Job Title

15 - Next of kin

*Note* - staff names are listed in the left-most column titled [staff member].

7.2.1 - The header

The heading identifies the page that you are on.

7.2.2 - Update

Use this button to submit your modifications to the database.

7.2.3 - Reset

Use this button to clear the data entry fields.

7.2.4 - Username

Provides a facility to enter the username for a staff member

7.2.5 - Firstname

Provides a facility to enter the Christian Name of the staff member.

7.2.6 - Lastname

Provides a facility to enter the Surname of the staff member.

7.2.7 - Phone

Provides a facility to enter the staff members phone number.

7.2.8 - Mobile

Provides a facility to enter the staff member's mobile phone number.

7.2.9 - Fax

Provides a facility to enter the staff member's fax number.

7.2.10 - Address

Provides a facility to enter the staff member's address.

7.2.11 - IRD Number

Provides a facility to enter the staff members IRD Number.

7.2.12 - Start Date

Provides a facility to enter the date that the staff members commenced work for the organisation.

7.2.13 - Tax Code

Provides a facility to enter the staff members tax code.

7.2.14 - Job Title

Provides a facility to enter the staff members job title.

7.2.15 - Next of kin

Provides a facility to enter the staff member's next of kin.
