The purpose of this page is to provide a facility to generate useful reports on all aspects of work for the business.
There are 7 sections of interest in this Section:

This dropdown box contains a list of users that are currently in use on the timesheeting system.
Provides a field to allow the selection of a user or users that have been registered on the timesheeting system.
Select the relevant User or [All Users].
Note – [All Users] is the default setting. It is useful for generalised reports.
This dropdown box contains a list of projects currently available on the timesheeting system.
Provides a field to allow the selection of a current Project.
Select the relevant Project or [All Projects].
Note – [All Projects] is the default setting. This setting is useful for generalised reports.
This dropdown box contains a list of all jobs currently stored in the timesheeting system.
Provides a field to allow for the selection of a current Job.
Select the relevant Job or [All Jobs].
Note – [All Jobs] is the default setting. This setting is useful for generalised reports.
A set of 5 radio buttons that list the charge codes from the timesheeting system.
Provides a field to allow for the selection of a single charge code.
Note – There is no default selection here. It should be left cleared to allow for a more generalised report.
Provides a field to allow for the entry of a valid start date for reporting purposes.
Enter a valid date.
Note – Used in conjunction with Section 1.5.6 – End Date. See below for more details.
Provides a field to allow for the entry of a valid end date for reporting purposes.
Enter a valid date.
Note – Used in conjunction with Section 1.5.5 – Start Date. See above for more details.
The [Generate Report] button is the activation mechanism for the final output.
Press this button when you are ready to view your report.
Note – Only use this when you have completed your selections.
